RGV Community Health Hour airs weekly on Vaquero Radio, the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley’s (UTRGV) radio station. My idea for the show came from my insights from being a student in the PhD in Human Genetics program! Every week I have guests from various UTRGV departments, organization leaders, and members of the community speak about how their work impacts the health of the Rio Grande Valley.
